Yoga is for everyone
Since having completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore, (Feb. 2023) I have been sharing my knowledge of classical hatha yoga with others. I offer personalised sessions in small groups and one-on-one settings. Reach out and we can set a day 🙂

Short Answers to Questions I made up:
Is yoga right for me?
Most probably yes, seeking to bring balance to life, yoga encompasses powerful practices that can support you no matter where you stand in life. Yoga starts with the breath, that’s already something we all share and that can always be worked on.
Is my body flexible enough tho?
Yeah. Yoga, when taught with care and sincerity is a very personal affair. My first and most established student is 84 years old now and we worked throughout all kinds of life events.
I’m confident that you and I can also find our way. 😉
What is Yoga?
Yoga can be seen as a vast field of knowledge and practices originating around the Indian subcontinent. It’s quite well preserved as it has been passed on through lineages of teachers for many centuries.
I am trying my best to share this invaluable wisdom as carefully and deliberately as it has found its way into my life. This means for me also that I am only sharing what I have experienced myself.
My focus in teaching is mostly around Asana (body positions), Pranayama (breathing exercises), and Meditation (concentration practices). Within these realms I am confident myself and able to find plenty of creative possibilities for supporting the present needs of my students. Healthy living beings living happy and fulfilled lives.
And why yoga?
Ui, this is quite a personal question I made up. I share this practice because I am deeply moved by the changes in health, happiness, and compassion that it has brought to my life. My yogic practice is about reminding myself every day that I am interwoven into a life full of living beings. Yoga for me is a spiritual practice, it is how I talk with god.
A regular practice has gifted me experiences that have shaken up binaries like: self & other, mind & body, outside & inside.
In clear moments, reality appears to me ever changing. Always different, like a constant flow of new possibilities to do good.
I am very grateful for that.
